How Does The Process Work?
FarmTogether simplifies the deal process. Tell us about your farm through the link provided, and our team will conduct an assessment to find out if the property is a good fit. If we believe the farm meets our investors’ needs, we will negotiate the structure of the deal and provide an offer. Once a contract is signed on mutually agreeable terms, we will perform our due diligence and then close the deal.

We will analyze the farm’s fundamentals and will schedule an on-site visit of the farm if it is a good fit.
Review and Accept the Offer

After a contract is signed, we will conduct due diligence. This includes confirming water rights, environmental compliance, and title, along with testing soil and water quality.
Sell the Farm
Funds are transferred to your account at the close of escrow.
