  • Property Assessment

    Our team will analyze your property’s fundamentals. If the farm is a good fit, we’ll schedule an on-site visit.

  • Review and Accept the Offer

    FarmTogether can be flexible and creative with the deal structure and terms to accommodate your specific goals and needs.

  • Due Diligence

    After a contract is signed, we will conduct due diligence. This includes confirming title, water rights, and environmental compliance, along with testing soil and water quality.

  • Sell the Farm

    Funds are transferred to your account at the close of escrow.
