Andromeda consists of 65.8 acres planted to premium apples varieties on high density trellising. The property is located ~6 miles west of Quincy, Washington, on the western edge of the Columbia Valley. 85% of the orchard is currently planted to the high-margin varieties Cosmic Crisp and Rave, and the balance will be redeveloped in 2022 to Cosmic Crisp.

The farm receives ample surface water from the Columbia River made deliverable by the Quincy-Columbia Basin Water District. The property has full irrigation rights and abundant water.

Stemilt Growers, our operator on the Galaxy Organic Apple Orchard, will develop and manage this property as well.
