FarmTogether is excited to announce the addition of four new members to our executive team. We welcome Scott Lee as our Managing Director of Capital Markets, Shannon Crow as our Chief of Staff/Director of People, Brittani Baxter as our Senior Product Manager, and Bernadette Espada as our Corporate Controller.

These strategic hires, spanning diverse backgrounds and experience, will contribute to FarmTogether’s momentum and long-term growth, and will be critical in advancing our mission to support sustainable agriculture.

Each of these individuals’ impressive skill sets and deep expertise, coupled with their shared passion for this sustainable asset class, will be core in bringing our mission and vision to life.” – Artem Milinchuk, Founder & CEO.

Scott Lee brings more than three decades of experience in capital raising to the FarmTogether team. Most recently, Scott was the Head of Distribution at Osterweis Capital Management. Before that, Scott spent more than 20 years with Franklin Templeton, where he served as Head of US Institutional Sales.

As Managing Director of Capital Markets, Scott will build and oversee FarmTogether’s distribution strategy, including sales, consultant relations, and relationship management teams, while identifying areas for product development and new market opportunities. Scott will be working closely with our institutional team to grow our recently launched Sustainable Farmland Fund, initially focusing on strategic institutional investor partnerships.

Shannon Crow joins the FarmTogether team with over 12 years of experience in agriculture, bioengineering, and technology, specializing in organizational development, strategic planning, and team development. This unique skill set will be core to accelerating FarmTogether’s growth and will be instrumental in leading our culture of excellence.

She is a graduate of Cornell’s LeadNY Fellowship program for leaders in agriculture and St. Edward’s Honors College, where she received a BA in Global Studies & Economics.

Brittani Baxter will lead our product team, bringing over a decade of research and product management experience at early-stage Fintech startups. Brittani will be core to scaling the FarmTogether platform to seamlessly meet our growing demand. She will work cross-functionally to deliver a top-tier experience to investors, showcasing both farmland's power as an asset class and FarmTogether’s deep industry expertise.

Brittani's past experience includes three years at FutureAdvisor (acquired by BlackRock), helping to scale the robo-advisor investment platform for clients and institutions alike. She holds a BA from the University of Chicago, where she researched Behavioral Economics.

Bernadette Espada has nearly 15 years of experience in both the public and private accounting fields. As our Corporate Controller, Bernadette will oversee FarmTogether’s daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close process.
